For our office in Kruibeke, Belgium, we are looking for a full\-time

Customer Service Assistant (m/w/d)

to join our team as soon as possible.

What awaits you:

• Customer support and handling of inquiries, orders, and complaints


• Preparation of quotations and support of sales activities


• Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring timely order fulfillment


• Invoicing, dunning procedures, and accounts receivable management


• Maintenance of customer master data as well as preparation of reports and analyses


• Close collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and other cross\-functional departments

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification


• Initial professional experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Management


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, as well as ERP systems


• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills


• Structured, independent, and solution\-oriented working style


• Fluent English language skills, written and spoken (french or dutch desirable)


• Team player with a high level of service orientation and attention to detail
