Customer Service and Operation Specialist(Mandarin Speaking)
We are looking for a Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist to join our Frankfurt team.
Responsibilities
\* Manage daily air freight import and export operations.
\* Arrange bookings, trucking, warehouse handling and deliveries.
\* Prepare and check shipping documents, including AWB and customs documentation.
\* Coordinate with airlines, customers, overseas offices and logistics partners.
\* Monitor shipments and proactively resolve operational issues.
\* Ensure shipments are handled accurately, efficiently and on time.
\* Maintain shipment records and operational data in CargoWise.
Requirements
\* Good organisational and problem\-solving skills.
\* Fluent in Chinese.
\* Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
