We are excited to be recruiting for a new role at our Banbury site as the business goes from strength to strength.
The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday 8\.00 a.m. to 4\.30 p.m.
Your new role
Reporting to the Site Support Manager, the purpose of the role is to deliver consistently high standards of customer service to all existing and internal customers, providing and processing product information to the customers in response to inquiries, concerns and requests. In addition, the role will require you to deliver a pro\-active and efficient administration for the site.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Liaise with the Central Customer Services team to ensure all processes are followed.
- Act as the communication link between customers and Production/Transport teams, focusing on service delivery and linen management.
- Ensure all calls are answered promptly and logged accurately.
- Proactively manage client linen usage and stock levels.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external contacts.
- Provide administrative support to the Site Manager and on\-site teams, including minute\-taking and document preparation.
- Produce, analyse, and maintain reports required by the business.
- Maintain accurate employee records (sickness, annual leave, starters/leavers, changes) to support HR and Payroll.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English (our business language).
- Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience of using CRM Software (NetSuite/SalesForce).
- Previous administrative experience.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work professionally, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to learn and use company systems (NETSUITE, PARIS, HR/Payroll, etc.).
- Right to Work in the UK
- Bank details in your own name or a joint account
