About the Role We are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a varied role where you will act as a key point of contact for customers while providing essential support to the commercial team. You will play an important part in ensuring enquiries, orders and customer requests are handled efficiently, contributing to a positive customer experience and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities • Providing administrative support to the sales and customer service teams

• Managing customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner


• Preparing customer quotations and processing orders accurately


• Updating and maintaining CRM systems and internal databases


• Liaising with production, logistics and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met


• Monitoring order progress and communicating updates to customers


• Assisting with reporting and general office administration


• Supporting ongoing business development and customer retention activities

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail


• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal


• A professional and customer-focused approach


• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook


• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively


• Previous experience within an administration, customer service or sales support environment would be advantageous


• A full UK driving licence
