Hours

• 35 hours per week

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

• Being the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with a range of savings and investment enquiries over the phone


• Handling customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner


• Assisting with account queries, withdrawals, opening new accounts and ISA transfers


• Processing customer transactions and account updates


• Resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently


• Providing additional support to vulnerable customers when required


• Identifying customers' needs and recommending suitable products and services


• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the best customer experience

The ideal Customer Service Advisor:

• Previous customer service experience, either over the phone, face\-to\-face or in another customer\-focused role


• Excellent communication and listening skills


• A positive, caring and professional approach


• The ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment


• A willingness to learn and develop within the role

Successful candidates must be available to start on 24th August and complete 2\-3 weeks of full\-time training at the Skipton office.
