Reed Business Support are currently recruiting on behalf of our valued client based in Rochester for a Customer Service Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual looking to build a career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently
- Updating customer records on internal systems
- Escalating more complex issues to senior team members when required
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
- Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times
- Previous customer service or retail experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable using IT systems and learning new software
Full-time, Monday to Friday (office-based)
