Customer Service Advisor

Reed Business Support are currently recruiting on behalf of our valued client based in Rochester for a Customer Service Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual looking to build a career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

• Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat


• Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently


• Updating customer records on internal systems


• Escalating more complex issues to senior team members when required


• Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks


• Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times

About You:

• Previous customer service or retail experience is desirable


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Positive and proactive attitude


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Comfortable using IT systems and learning new software

Salary & Working Pattern: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum

Full-time, Monday to Friday (office-based)
