Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our valued client, based in Maidstone. This Customer Service Advisor opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
About the Role:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently
- Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- £25,000–£27,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
