About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a growing customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support through phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face interactions where required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for helping people.
Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.

- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates.
