We are looking for an experienced and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our growing online pharmacy team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer support within an online pharmacy environment, particularly supporting patients using weight management treatments including GLP\-1 medications.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service across phone, email, and live chat while supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat
- Support customers with enquiries relating to online prescriptions, deliveries, consultations, and treatment plans
- Assist patients using weight management medications including GLP\-1 treatments
- Liaise with prescribers, pharmacists, and dispensary teams where required
- Handle sensitive medical and customer information confidentially and professionally
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently
- Process orders, refunds, account updates, and general administration tasks
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes within internal systems
- Ensure all communication complies with pharmacy and regulatory guidelines
- Provide empathetic support to customers throughout their weight loss journey
- Previous experience working within an online pharmacy customer service role
- Strong understanding of weight loss management services
- Experience supporting customers using GLP\-1 medications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, empathetic, and customer\-focused approach
- Ability to manage high volumes of enquiries in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems, online platforms, and pharmacy software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with UK online pharmacy regulations and processes
- Knowledge of medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide
- Previous experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or clinical customer support
- Familiarity with GPhC\-regulated environments
