Location: Rotherham S65 3SH
Holiday Entitlement: 33 days holiday days (including bank holidays)
Position: 12\-months Fixed Contract

The role

As a natural communicator, your core role will be to communicate with our customers, via phone, email, and webchat providing pre\-sale and aftercare advice.
The role is varied and busy so you’ll need to be flexible, highly organised, and able to prioritise your workload effectively, you’ll need to be confident in your ability to do your job effectively and have the capacity to work independently using your own initiative.
As a strong team player, you’ll work closely with the customer service team, Customer Operations Manager, Dispatch Manager and dispatch team who will be on hand to offer advice and support.
Key Responsibilities
Your main priorities will include:
Your core role will be to communicate with our customers, via phone, email, and web chat providing pre\-sale and aftercare advice.
- Communicating with a variety of people within the organisation and supply chain
- Processing warranty claims
- Problem\-solving skills, fast thinking and decisive nature, confident with complaint resolution skills
- Working with and alongside our Dispatch team.
- Covering Dispatch duties as and when required
Be confident in your ability to do your job effectively and have the capacity to work independently using your own initiative.
- General administration
- Excellent product knowledge (training will be given)
Essential
- Previous customer service experience (preferably in a retail setting)
- Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to organise and prioritise workload
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing towards its success
- Ability to use initiative and think of new ideas

- Some experience with Amazon Marketplace
- Some experience working with manufacturers warranties and returns administration
- This role requires knowledge of distance selling regulations
- Some experience in purchase ordering
- 33 days holiday
