Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing data entry tasks, and supporting the overall efficiency of our service operations. Fluency in English is essential, along with strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.

This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and proactive service are highly valued and could lead to a progression pathway.

Duties

  • Manage data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up\-to\-date records of customer information and service details.

  • General Customer Service Administration

  • Support the overall smooth running of the Customer Service Department.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of all administrative processes for different customers.

  • Manage the customer ticketing portal and main inbox, ensuring prompt responses.

  • Liaise with customers in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing.

  • Communicate specific customer requirements to the Warehouse Team.

  • Execute tasks and requests in line with customer expectations.

  • Adhering to Health \& Safety regulations at all times

  • Completing additional tasks when requested by line manager in line with role
Key Skills \& Attributes
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is essential

  • Diligence and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.

  • Strong IT proficiency, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

  • Outstanding customer service skills, particularly in communication and problem resolution.

  • Timekeeping \& Attendance – Excellent timekeeping and attendance

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: From £26,500\.00 per year
