What You Will Be Doing
- Being the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional service
- Managing orders, returns, and customer enquiries
- Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted contact for customers
- Providing updates on pricing, stock, and deliveries
- Spotting opportunities to maximise sales and add value
- Resolving customer queries quickly and efficiently
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve team goals
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or internal sales
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A confident and friendly telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- £28,500 starting salary
- Quarterly bonus scheme worth up to 20% annually
- Hybrid working after probation
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
