Für unseren Standort in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Customer Sales Support (m/w/d)
Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:
Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams im TagesgeschäftBetreuung und Beratung von Bestandskunden per Telefon und E\-MailErstellung,
Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von AngebotenAuftragsannahme sowie Abwicklung von KundenbestellungenPflege von Kundenstammdaten im CRM\-System
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Logistik und FinanceBearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Reklamationen und Rückfragen
Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen und vertriebsrelevanten Unterlagen
Unterstützung bei Vertriebsprojekten und Prozessoptimierungen
Ihr Profil überzeugt:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung,
Erfahrung mit CRM Systemen
Power Bi Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Excel
Sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift,
Teamplayer mit hoher Eigeninitiative und einer klaren Serviceorientierung
