Our client is an established sales and marketing company based in Central London, currently looking for motivated individuals to join their growing events division. Working on behalf of recognised non-profit organisations, successful individuals will support face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns across retail pop-ups, promotional events and other high-footfall environments.
This opportunity is particularly suited to individuals with strong English communication skills, a professional approach and a genuine desire to learn, gain practical experience and continuously upskill themselves.
What Will Help You Succeed:
- Strong spoken and written English skills, with confidence communicating clearly and professionally.
- Full-Time Equivalent availability of 5 full working days per week.
- A motivated, reliable and proactive approach.
- A genuine interest in gaining practical experience and continuously upskilling yourself.
- Confidence engaging with different people in busy face-to-face environments.
- A positive attitude, professional approach and willingness to learn.
- Practical Experience: Broaden your skills across face-to-face communication, sales, customer engagement and brand representation.
- Financial Rewards: A Brand Awareness Fee(a daily fee paid by the client for participating in designated full-day brand promotion activities, where applicable), plus uncapped commission and performance incentives. Earnings are settled weekly.
- Client Training & Upskilling: Access to client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions focused on communication, customer engagement and brand representation.

Successful individuals will have access to client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions from the start, alongside practical experience representing campaigns face-to-face.
This is a face-to-face, event-based opportunity across Central London. Successful candidates will operate on a subcontracted basis and will be responsible for managing their own Tax and National Insurance contributions. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus uncapped commission and performance incentives.
