Overview
We are a nationwide company that delivers Roof and Gutter cleaning to Commercial and Residential properties. We have over 330,000 happy customers.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and sales to grow their career in a supportive environment.

The role is office based at our Head office in Wych Cross, East Sussex.

The hours are 40hrs a week, Monday to Friday, with an additional 1 Saturday a month.

Starting salary of £26,440 (for over 21's) with OTE up to £40,000\.

Responsibilities

• Calling out to exisiting customers


• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner


• Assist customers with inquiries and resolving any issues promptly


• Drive sales by actively promoting our offerings and upselling when appropriate


• Maintain a clean and organized sales area


• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly


• Proven sales experience or a strong interest in developing sales techniques


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


• Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs


• Positive attitude, motivated, and goal\-oriented mindset


• Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self\-motivated


• Adaptability to learn new products, services, and sales strategies quickly

Pay: £26,440\.00\-£50,000\.00 per year
