Customer Quality Engineering

In your role, you act as the key link between customers and the plant for all quality\-related topics. You drive structured complaint handling, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure transparent communication to achieve high customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement.
Your Responsibilities
-------------------------
- Lead and coordinate 8D processes for customer complaints, ensuring timely submission and effective corrective actions
- Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding quality\-related topics and inquiries
- Conduct root cause analyses and provide rapid on\-site support (within 48 hours when required)
- Maintain continuous communication with customers or AQM for complaints, deviations, and general requests
- Support global AT\&S sites in complaint handling and align with local customer requirements
- Train and guide internal teams on customer\-specific quality standards and reject analysis
- Represent the company during customer visits, audits, and quality discussions
- Monitor, report, and ensure completion of quality actions, including documentation and certification (e.g. EN10204\)

- Completed technical education with proven experience in quality engineering or a comparable role
- Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing, quality management, and statistical methods
- Proven experience in customer complaint management and structured problem\-solving (e.g. 8D)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Confident in working with SAP and MS Office tools
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively
- Customer\-oriented mindset with the ability to represent company interests professionally
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
