As a Customer Management Representative, you’ll help deliver customer excellence for an international B2B customer base across EMEA. You’ll own day\-to\-day order management, coordinate with internal teams to keep deliveries on track, and ensure customers receive fast, clear support. You’ll also oversee the progress of export documentation and manage complaint handling in line with European procedures—helping strengthen trust and long\-term customer relationships.
What you will do:
- Manage end\-to\-end order management in SAP SD, including order entry, changes, and customer updates.
- Coordinate deliveries and resolve issues by partnering with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Planning to protect customer commitments.
- Oversee export documentation status by following up with the right teams to ensure customers receive required documents on time.
- Lead complaint handling in line with European Operational Procedures, ensuring timely investigation and customer communication.
- Use CRM and proactive outreach to strengthen relationships, including follow\-ups on sample requests and service topics.
- Partner closely with Sales through regular touchpoints (including weekly market reviews) to support shared customer and commercial priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to simplify processes and improve the customer experience across touchpoints.
- Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing within an inernational B2B environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (Sales \& Distribution / SAP SD) and comfort with digital tools (Windows 10 and related applications).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- A customer\-first mindset with strong ownership, prioritization, and problem\-solving skills.
- Desirable: Manufacturing experience.
- Desirable:EMEA experience beyond EU countries.
- Desirable: A second language.
- Customer\-centric and accountable, with a focus on outcomes and follow\-through.
