Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Journey \& Campaign Strategist Expertto join our Digital Sales HubTeam of Growth

Define and lead the end‑to‑end campaign strategy to accelerate product sales, maximizing conversion and commercial impact through customer journey design, data‑driven audience definition in CDP, and the advanced use of Marketing Automation and Digital Analytics.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Campaign and Customer Journey Manager you will:

Sales‑driven campaign strategy

Define the campaign strategy to accelerate product sales across the funnel (acquisition, activation, conversion).

Ensure alignment between business objectives, messaging, channels, and activation timing.

Customer journey design and optimization

Design end‑to‑end customer journeys focused on conversion, identifying key entry points, moments, and commercial levers.

Optimize existing journeys based on performance, friction points, and data‑driven insights.

Audience definition and activation (CDP)

Analyse customer behaviours and needs to define target audiences and priority cohorts.

Build and evolve CDP audiences, ensuring correct activation across campaigns and journeys.

Apply a data‑driven approach to prioritise audiences with the highest sales impact.

Marketing Automation execution

Orchestrate campaigns and journeys using Marketing Automation tools (triggered, recurring, always‑on).

Define business rules, triggers, frequency, and contact policy.

Ensure effective multichannel execution (digital and assisted, where applicable).

Digital Analytics for optimization

Analyse campaign and journey performance end‑to‑end (conversion, drop‑offs, efficiency).

Identify actionable insights and drive continuous improvement based on data.

Measure real sales impact and support decision‑making with quantitative analysis.

Cross‑functional collaboration

Work closely with business, marketing, UX, data, and technical teams to ensure aligned and efficient execution.

Translate business objectives into actionable, campaign‑driven solutions.

Master or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3years of experience

Proven experience in sales‑oriented marketing campaign strategy.

Strong background in customer journey design and lead‑to‑sales optimisation. Hands‑on experience with CDP: audience definition, segmentation, and activation.

Advanced use of Marketing Automation tools.and solid knowledge of Digital Analytics, with a strong focus on funnel, journey, and campaign analysis.

Analytical, data‑driven mindset with a strong focus on commercial impact.

Knowledge about Campaign Tools (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), CDP, and Digital Analytics Tools.

Great organizational, oral and written communication skills

Passionate about innovation, new market trends and future thinker

Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a can\-do attitude

Problem solving mindset

Good team player, willing to collaborate with different people

Very good oral and written English skills

Ability to work at an international level

Como Campaign and Customer Journey Manager, deberás:
Estrategia de campañas orientadas a ventas
Definir la estrategia de campañas para acelerar las ventas de productos a lo largo del funnel (adquisición, activación, conversión).
Garantizar la alineación entre los objetivos de negocio, los mensajes, los canales y los tiempos de activación.
Diseño y optimización del customer journey
Diseñar customer journeys end‑to‑end enfocados en la conversión, identificando puntos de entrada clave, momentos y palancas comerciales.
Optimizar los journeys existentes en función del rendimiento, los puntos de fricción y los insights basados en datos.
Definición y activación de audiencias (CDP)
Analizar los comportamientos y necesidades de la clientela para definir audiencias objetivo y cohortes prioritarias.
Construir y evolucionar audiencias en el CDP, garantizando su correcta activación a lo largo de campañas y journeys.
Aplicar un enfoque data‑driven para priorizar audiencias con mayor impacto en ventas.
Ejecución en Marketing Automation
Orquestar campañas y journeys utilizando herramientas de Marketing Automation (triggered, recurrentes, always‑on).
Definir reglas de negocio, triggers, frecuencia y política de contacto.
Garantizar una ejecución multicanal eficaz (digital y asistida, cuando aplique).
Digital Analytics para la optimización
Analizar el rendimiento de campañas y journeys de extremo a extremo (conversión, abandonos, eficiencia).
Identificar insights accionables e impulsar la mejora continua basada en datos.
Medir el impacto real en ventas y apoyar la toma de decisiones mediante análisis cuantitativo.
