As a Customer Development Marketing Consultant (d/f/m) your responsibilities will include:
- The”Marketing with vivenu” Authority: Act as number one subject matter expert for all marketing-related topics for our platform. You will support the team during complex Sales and Post-Sales phases, acting as the go-to consultant who can answer any marketing question a client throws at you.
- Strategic Enablement: Rather than simply executing a client's strategy, you empower them to succeed on our platform. You help Enterprise organizers - who often come with their own sophisticated tools and cool strategies - understand exactly how to translate their vision into the vivenu ecosystem.
- Technical Implementation Support: Provide high-level technical guidance to ensure clients’ marketing stacks are seamlessly integrated. You’ll bridge the gap between their goals and our API, assisting with the conceptual setup of advanced tracking (GTM, Pixels, Server-Side) and attribution.
- Consultancy Architecture: Help design and launch scalable marketing advisory programs. You combine your own creative consulting ideas with vivenu’s best practices to teach customers how to maximize ROI and ticket conversions.
- Operational Playbooks: Create the internal and external assets (playbooks, templates, and automated workflows) that turn complex marketing tactics into repeatable, "gold standard" success stories for our users.
- Product Feedback Loop: Act as the "voice of the marketer" for our product team, ensuring our features and API remain at the cutting edge of global marketing and tracking trends.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Sport Management, or a similar field
- 4+ years of experience in a top-tier performance agency, a high-growth D2C brand, or a marketing consultancy.
- Have the "Builder" DNA: You have built complex, technical marketing campaigns from scratch. You know GTM, tracking scripts, and API integrations like the back of your hand.
- Are Quant-Driven: You hold a degree in a quantitative field (STEM, Economics, Business) and believe that measurability is as important for B2C marketing as it is for any other business discipline
- Are Master Communicators: You can take a complex technical concept (like multi-touch attribution) and explain it simply to a CEO or a Head of Marketing.
- Are Solution-First: You don’t just identify a drop in the funnel; you build the bridge to fix it.
- Experience in the Sports & Entertainment industry is strongly preferred.
