Role Overview A leading Financial Services and Investment business is searching for a customer content manager to join their team in London.

The Customer Content Manager is responsible for bringing the brand voice to life through the creation and delivery of high-quality, customer-focused content. The role plays a key part in helping customers better understand investment and savings solutions by making complex financial topics more accessible, engaging, and relevant.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and deliver engaging content across multiple channels, including articles, guides, videos, podcasts, presentations, and social media.

  • Create customer-focused content that supports audiences at different stages of their financial journey.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital, print, advertising, and internal communications.

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and other stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns with measurable impact.

  • Adapt tone, style, and messaging for different audiences, products, and communication channels.

  • Contribute creative ideas and storytelling approaches to support broader marketing and business objectives.

  • Manage editorial calendars and identify opportunities to optimise content performance and engagement.

  • Edit and review content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in content marketing, communications, copywriting, or journalism, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry.

  • Knowledge of investment, savings, retirement, or wealth management products.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.

  • The ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

  • Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across different functions.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

  • Familiarity with digital content platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.

  • A proactive and curious approach, with a passion for storytelling and continuous improvement.
