Customer Consultant

I'm looking for passionate driven individual to join our team as a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
What you'll do
\-Engage: chat with customers about all things rugby, from their favourite team to the best boots.
\-Advise: help customers find what they're looking for.
\-Sell: support the store team in achieving targets through link selling and add ons
\-Recovery: work as a team to keep store standards high at all times, replenish and recover stock
\-Support: run the store in managers absence, ensuring all tasks are completed and service is kept to a high standard
What you'll need
\-Passion: for people, service and community
\-Sales: experience in a customer service environment
\-Drive: as a new business I need people to help grow us into something amazing
Job Type: Part\-time
Pay: £8\.00\-£12\.71 per hour
