Purpose of Role
The Customer Communications \& Marketing Officer plays a central role in growing, promoting and continuously improving Local Link Kerry’s rural transport services.
This role combines marketing, digital communications, customer engagement and service improvement, ensuring Local Link Kerry’s services are visible, accessible, responsive and trusted by communities throughout County Kerry.
The successful candidate will lead marketing and communications activity, support community engagement and service development, and coordinate the management of customer complaints and regulatory reporting to support continuous improvement.
