We are looking for a dedicated Claims Handler to join the team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing both inbound and outbound calls. You’ll ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently, gathering all necessary information and delivering exceptional customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional, offering a clear pathway into an exciting and rewarding career in insurance. The role will be based in Sutton on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming claims calls and make outbound calls to customers after an accident.
- Collect and verify accurate information to process claims promptly.
- Provide clear communication and support throughout the claims process.
