Als Customer Care – Fleet Supply steuerst du den gesamten Fahrzeugbestellprozess inkl. Änderungen, Stornierungen und Vertragsprüfung und koordinierst zusätzlich Leasingthemen sowie administrative Abläufe.
Deine Aufgaben
- Aufforderung zur Fahrzeugbestellung
- Durchführung und Koordination von Fahrzeugbestellungen
- Bearbeitung von Fahrzeugstornierungen
- Umsetzung von Bestelländerungen
- Prüfung von Auftragsbestätigungen
- Anforderung von Verträgen im Bestellprozess
- Prüfung von Leasingverträgen
- Administration in Armada/Dashboard
- Leasingausschreibungen
- Leasingbenchmark \- Einzelanfragen
- Anfrage Leasingkonditionen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, technische oder serviceorientierte Ausbildung
- Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Operations oder administrativen Umfeld
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Service\- und Lösungsorientierung
- Teamfähigkeit und klare Kommunikation
