Customer Care Advisor

Due to Accomplish Todays clients continued growth, we have an opening for a Customer Care Advisor.

The salary for this role is £35,000. Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.

The Role:

• Acting as a key point of contact for recruitment agencies, delivering a high standard of support relating to umbrella employees and services we provide


• Managing a range of queries via phone and email, ensuring responses are accurate, timely and professional


• Proactively engaging with recruitment agencies to build and maintain strong working relationships, ensuring agencies feel supported and identifying any potential issues at an early stage


• Maintaining service quality and strengthening agency partnerships by identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and escalating concerns where appropriate


• Being responsible for navigating internal systems, applying company processes, and maintaining compliance with data protection and company standards

• Strong communication and relationship building skills


• Excellent attention to detail


• The ability to balance reactive support with proactive relationship management


• Passionate about customer service


• Able to listen with the desire to resolve things


• A positive can-do attitude, being punctual and reliable


• A strong work ethic with the ability and commitment to deliver high levels of customer service


• Ability to work effectively in a team


• Highly self-motivated with the ability to meet targets

• Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)


• Experience of working within a telephony-based customer service role


• Ideally experience within a proactive role, building relationships and maintaining relationships


• Working knowledge of Word and Excel
