The Role As a Junior Customer & Sales Support Executive, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the wider sales function. This is a varied position where you'll be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and building strong client relationships.
You'll work closely with internal teams including sales, operations, and logistics to ensure a smooth customer journey from order through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities • Provide professional and timely support to customers via phone, email, and internal systems
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
- Handle enquiries, complaints, and requests, resolving issues efficiently
- Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
- Support the sales team with bespoke and customer-specific orders
- Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Log all customer interactions clearly within CRM systems
- Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively across teams to support business goals
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and customer-focused mindset
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
