Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal person will have a background in sales, general administration and operational activities.
This is an interesting and varied position requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail, strong confident people skills, communication and customer service skills.
The key responsibilities for this full time role are to generate leads with existing customers, reconnect with previous clients, and prospect new business. Manage the lead from prospecting, site survey, quotation, and project planning.
Responsibilities:
- Generate Sales
- Site meetings/survey
- Costing and Quoting
- Purchasing
- Project planning
- Other general reporting and administrative tasks
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and engineering teams
- Full UK driving licence
- Proactive in generating leads, following up enquiries and converting into repeat business
- Sales driven and comfortable being measured on these
- Proactive in meeting and liaising with customers
- Professional, driven, and eager to build a long\-term career
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- IT literate and competent with CRMs and spreadsheets
