What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Account Manager, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Overseeing project and order rollouts, ensuring timely delivery
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying opportunities to improve service and streamline processes
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer journey
- Managing quotes, orders, and customer data with accuracy
- Experience in a customer service or account management role
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate and track complex project timelines
