Customer Account Representative
Due to company growth, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Account Representative to manage client accounts. The role involves taking and processing orders from existing customers via telephone and email while delivering excellent customer service.
Experience within a business-to-business environment is preferred. However, if you have experience providing customer service or sales via telephone and email, we would like to hear from you.
Full training and ongoing development will be provided.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Salary:
Dependent on experience and skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly, efficiently, and courteously via phone and email.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and concerns, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through appropriate solutions. Utilise available resources and tools to resolve complaints.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and services.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring a smooth buying experience.
- Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products that will benefit the customer.
- Professional Communication: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style, ensuring customers feel valued and respected.
