Your responsibilities:

✅ Make and receive calls from various clients and respond to their requests,

✅ Handle client requests in the back office,

✅ Sales\-oriented approach depending on the project

✅ Ability to address objections and complaints,

✅ Comfortable using various computer applications,

What we expect from you:

✅ Fluency in French (spoken and written): C1/C2 level (mandatory requirement),

✅ Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of computer systems (mandatory requirement),

✅ Strong interpersonal skills,

✅ Be proactive and take the initiative,

✅ Experience in customer relations is a plus,

✅ Be available for flexible and rotating schedules (40 hours/week – 8 hours/day)
