Are you ready to be part of the change? Come join us! Your mission will be…* Implementing both functional and non\-functional Change Requests;

• Performing incident and problem analysis, including root cause identification and bug fixing;


• Contributing to the automation and optimization of operational processes;


• Exploring and applying AI\-driven capabilities (e.g., monitoring insights, intelligent automation, predictive analysis) to improve system reliability and efficiency;


• Continuously enhancing your skill set through on\-the\-job and formal training, with a strong focus on cloud, DevOps, and AI trends.

We are looking for someone with…* Junior knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), including EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, Networking, and IAM;

• Basic understanding of monitoring and observability tools (preferably ELK Stack);


• Initial experience with Git, Ansible, and CloudFormation;


• Junior experience in Shell scripting and Python scripting;


• Interest or exposure to AI/ML concepts, automation, or intelligent operations (AIOps is a plus);


• Understanding of Agile methodologies (nice to have);


• A self\-driven mindset with a proactive and ownership\-oriented attitude;


• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies;


• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal are mandatory).
