CSCS Labourer

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and efficiency in all tasks. As a CSCS Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction activities, ensuring that projects run smoothly and safely. Working away allowance is paid, and travelling time is fully paid.

Duties

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials on-site.


• Carry out general site maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment.


• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, providing assistance as required.


• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.


• Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision.


• Report any hazards or incidents to the site supervisor immediately.

• Valid CSCS card is essential.


• Valid Full UK Driving Licence is essential.


• Ability to work away from home and stay in provided accommodation.


• Working away allowance is paid.


• Travelling time is paid.


• Willingness to be processed through UK security clearances.


• Strong understanding of health and safety practices within a construction environment.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately.


• Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks consistently.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not mandatory.
