We are currently looking for a Civil, Structural \& Architectural Designer position to join the team in Birchwood Park, Warrington.
Key responsibilities
- Producing baseline configuration modelling of the facility structure within the project areas of interest (Revit)
- Supporting the engineer to develop layouts of options to support down\-selection through Value Management (AutoCAD/Revit)
- Detailing the single preferred solution, producing drawings and details to communicate design intent and specification to contractors and other stakeholders for implementation (AutoCAD/Revit)
- Attend site inspections to confirm design scope and interfaces in order to accurately reflect the as\-built configuration of the facility within design solution details
- Understanding of engineering and architectural principles.
- Ability to apply codes, standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and BIM platforms.
- Basic understanding of structural analysis and civil infrastructure design.
- Understanding of construction methods and sequencing.
- Experience supporting design delivery on construction or infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to multidisciplinary design environments.
