Crypto Exchange - Country Lead (Pan EU)

<p>As part of their international expansion strategy, they are strengthening their footprint in <strong>Pan EU</strong>, one of the most strategically important and regulated crypto markets globally.</p>

<p>The Country Lead (Pan EU) will own end-to-end responsibility for the company’s market strategy, growth, and brand presence in Pan EU. This role acts as the primary driver for user growth, trading volume, ecosystem partnerships, and local market positioning, while working closely with global teams.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute the overall country strategy for Pan EU, with clear ownership of trading volume growth, user acquisition, and market expansion</li>
<li>Lead and participate in online and offline marketing initiatives, including meetups, seminars, Web3 conferences, sponsorships, and KOL / VIP engagement events</li>
<li>Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with local ecosystem stakeholders, including KOLs, media, Web3 projects, communities, and institutional or VIP clients</li>
<li>Drive localized marketing, branding, and user education initiatives to strengthen the company’s influence within the Pan EU crypto ecosystem</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze Pan EU crypto market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape, translating insights into locally optimized growth strategies</li>
<li>Act as the key local representative, collaborating with global marketing, product, BD, and compliance teams</li>
<li>Track performance and provide regular reporting on market results and insights, with accountability for core KPIs such as trading volume, active users, and new user registrations</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields preferred</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in Pan EU market leadership, business development, or market expansion roles</li>
<li>Experience in crypto, fintech, or internet platforms is highly preferred</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the Pan EU Web3 ecosystem and digital asset exchange business models</li>
<li>Established local industry network in Pan EU (projects, media, KOLs, communities, institutions, etc.)</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-border and multicultural teams</li>
<li>Solid working proficiency in English or Chinese</li>
<li>Highly results-oriented, with strong execution capability and market sensitivity</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a Country Lead / Regional Head at an international crypto exchange or Web3 company</li>
<li>Familiarity with Pan EU regulatory frameworks or access to relevant compliance resources</li>
<li>Proven track record in community growth, strategic partnerships, or institutional client development</li>
