Job Title: Cross\-border Payment Compliance \& Risk Control Specialist (Virtual Accounts Direction)
Position Overview:
1\.Responsible for building a compliance and risk control system for cross\-border payment and virtual account businesses, ensuring that individual collection scenarios comply with overseas regulatory requirements, and supporting the safe and compliant operation of cross\-border businesses.
2\.Develop risk control rules and compliance strategies for virtual accounts and cross\-border collection scenarios, covering the entire process of anti\-money laundering (AML), anti\-fraud, KYC/AML, sanctions screening, etc.
3\.Keep abreast of payment regulatory policies in Singapore and other regions, ensuring business compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
4\.Monitor transaction risks, identify and handle suspicious transactions, regularly produce risk analysis reports, and optimize risk control models.
5\.Research compliance and risk control practices of mainstream cross\-border payment platforms, distill solutions tailored to business scenarios.
6\.Provide compliance and risk control support to business and product teams, and drive the integration of risk control requirements into the entire product lifecycle.
Requirements
1\.Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Law, Risk Management, or related fields.
2\.5\+ years of experience in compliance and risk control related to cross\-border payments, virtual accounts, or cross\-border e\-commerce collection.
3\.Familiar with the design of AML and anti\-fraud processes, with hands\-on experience in building risk control rules and transaction monitoring systems.
4\.Knowledge of payment regulatory policies in Singapore and other regions, with the ability to independently interpret and implement compliance requirements.
5\.Capable of risk identification and handling, balancing compliance security with business efficiency.
Pay: €80,000\.00 \- €100,000\.00 per year
