Who are we looking for?
At Unipartner, we're looking for a CRM/.NET Team Leader to lead talented teams and deliver innovative CRM solutions and .NET system integrations. Based in the Lisbon area, this role blends hands\-on technical leadership with project management, giving you the opportunity to drive change and inspire others.

You will lead and mentor high\-performing teams working on impactful CRM and .NET integration projects. Take ownership of billable client engagements, from designing and developing solutions to overseeing successful implementation.

Work with a mix of established and emerging technologies to deliver real value and innovation.

Provide technical guidance, ensuring best practices and solution quality.

Balance leadership with hands\-on contributions, including custom CRM extensions and system integrations.
What is the challenge?
In this role, you will:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage end\-to\-end CRM/.NET projects;


• Design, implement, and tailor CRM platforms to meet real business needs;


• Build .NET extensions and develop system integrations that make a difference.
