An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and commercially minded CRM Marketing Manager to join a growing multi-site business with a strong national presence. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of CRM, digital campaigns and customer engagement strategies across multiple consumer brands. Working within a collaborative marketing team, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging customer journeys, improving retention and driving repeat business through data-led marketing activity.

The Role

• Manage and deliver CRM and email marketing campaigns


• Build and optimise customer journeys and automated communications


• Analyse campaign performance and customer engagement data


• Support loyalty and membership initiatives


• Work closely with marketing, commercial and operational teams


• Help shape customer communications across several exciting brands

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within CRM, digital marketing or lifecycle marketing


• Strong understanding of email marketing and customer engagement


• Confident using CRM systems and analysing campaign performance


• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills


• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects


• A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
