Your responsibilities would include...
- Ownership for creation, management, and optimization of all email marketing campaigns for all of our brands, in close collaboration with our in\-house design and content team
- Optimization of the customer lifetime value through re\-order and cross\-selling campaigns
- Structured AB testing plan to continuously optimize existing journeys the relevant repeat customer KPIs
- Introduction of new measures to increase customer loyalty, such as referral programs and incentives
- Identification of new target groups, set\-up of automated workflows and customer segmentation rules
- Strategic conception and implementation of lead generation measures
- Identification and testing of new customer communication channels (e.g. SMS, whatsapp)
- University degree in a technical or business area (e.g. business administration, informatics, economics) or a comparable qualification
- Working experience of 2\-3 years with a CRM system/ marketing automation tool (preferably HubSpot)
- Excellent analytical abilities, hands\-on mentality and a collaborative spirit
- Fluent in German
- Good understanding of marketing and sales processes in the pharmaceutical business are a plus
