A leading UK subscription business is looking for a CRM Engagement Manager to join their lifecycle team, focusing on customer retention and payment recovery strategy.
This role will focus on reducing subscriber drop-off by improving communications for customers with failed, expired or declined payments. You'll work on audience segmentation, customer journeys, testing strategies and campaign optimisation to improve retention and customer experience.
The role is highly strategic, with strong visibility across the business and the opportunity to make a direct commercial impact.
Requirements:
- CRM/lifecycle marketing experience within subscriptions
- Experience with retention and customer engagement campaigns
- Exposure to CRM platforms such as Braze, Adobe Campaign or similar
- CDP experience beneficial
- Open to candidates stepping up from Executive level
