Content \& Social Media Specialist

About the role: We are an international, crypto\-based company looking for a hands\-on CRM, Content \& Social Media Specialist to manage customer communications, digital content, and organic social growth. You will own MoEngage campaigns, produce and optimise content for blog and Academy, drive basic SEO and AEO improvements, and manage organic social media and community engagement. This role requires excellent English and a strong understanding of the crypto space.

Main responsibilities:

· Manage MoEngage email campaigns, welcome flows, and newsletters.

· Build lifecycle journeys, segment audiences, and report on performance.

· Create, coordinate, and optimise content for blog, Academy, and website.

· Implement SEO and AEO best practices.

· Manage organic social media calendars, posts, and community engagement.

· Support initiatives such as Ask Me Anything sessions.

· Monitor and analyse content and campaign performance and recommend improvements.

· Coordinate with product, compliance, support, and external partners when needed.

Required experience and skills:

· Three to six years in CRM, content marketing, SEO, social media, or similar.

· Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, Braze, HubSpot, or similar.

· Excellent written and spoken English.

· Strong crypto industry knowledge.

· Solid understanding of SEO and content optimisation.

· Ability to work independently and cross\-functionally.

The ideal candidate may also have:

Portuguese, Google Analytics, Search Console, social analytics, experience in fintech or regulated industries.

Pay: From 1\.00€ per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lisboa
