CRM, Automation & AI Assistant
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated CRM, Automation \& AI Assistant to support the development and day\-to\-day management of our CRM systems, automation workflows, and AI\-driven marketing tools.
This is an ideal role for someone with a strong interest in AI, automation, CRM development, marketing technology, and data. The successful candidate does not need to be an expert, but should be eager to learn, confident with digital systems, and excited by the opportunity to help improve how the business manages customer journeys, marketing campaigns, reporting, and internal processes.
You will work closely with the Marketing \& Operations Manager, admin, sales, and finance teams to support CRM organisation, automation workflows, data accuracy, customer insights, and the use of AI tools across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Support \& Development
- Support the setup, organisation, and ongoing improvement of the CRM system.
- Help maintain customer records, pipelines, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Assist with CRM automations, customer journey mapping, and segmentation.
- Support the integration of the CRM with other business tools and platforms.
- Help monitor CRM data accuracy, removing duplicates and keeping customer information up to date.
- Support subscription, payment, billing, and customer lifecycle workflows where required.
- Assist with implementing and testing AI tools across marketing, sales, customer service, and operations.
- Help build and maintain basic automation workflows to improve efficiency.
- Support the use of AI tools for content, reporting, customer communication, data analysis, and campaign optimisation.
- Help identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve internal processes.
- Support integrations between AI tools, CRM platforms, email marketing systems, websites, and third\-party software.
- Assist with analysing customer data to support marketing and sales performance.
- Help build reports to track customer engagement, retention, campaign results, and customer lifetime value.
- Support audience segmentation and personalised customer journey initiatives.
- Work with the marketing team to improve targeting, follow\-ups, and campaign performance.
- Help turn CRM data into useful insights that support business decisions.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, sales, and operations teams to support CRM and automation needs.
- Help document CRM processes, workflows, and internal systems.
- Support testing of new tools, features, and automations before they are launched.
- Stay up to date with new AI, automation, CRM, and marketing technology trends.
- Bring ideas to the team on how technology can improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Some experience or exposure to CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or similar.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, CRM systems, and marketing technology.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, email marketing platforms, or automation software would be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of customer data, pipelines, workflows, and reporting.
- Some understanding of APIs, integrations, web forms, or data structures would be an advantage.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, and customer data.
- Good attention to detail and ability to keep systems organised.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with different teams.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and interested in improving processes.
- Able to follow instructions, test systems carefully, and spot issues before they become problems.

You should be comfortable learning new systems, experimenting with AI tools, and supporting the business with practical improvements to workflows, customer journeys, and marketing performance.
This role would suit someone who is organised, analytical, tech\-minded, and excited about the future of AI in business.
Pay: £28,000\.00\-£32,500\.00 per year
