Description

• Chasing payments via phone and email.


• Oversee and manage customer credit accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies.


• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.


• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and account reconciliations.


• Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and queries.


• Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
