Team

You'll be working on Wizz, a social app specifically designed for GenZ, boasting over 3 million monthly active users in the US and UK. Wizz is a friend\-finding and flirting chat app where young people can safely express themselves and connect with like\-minded peers in an authentic, pressure\-free environment.

Unlike other social media platforms that focus on followers, posts, or passive consumption, Wizz offers young people a space to have meaningful 1:1 conversations with peers. As a member of a high\-performing team of 20, you'll collaborate to further scale and enhance Wizz, fostering a spirit of goodwill and creativity.

Role
========

Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative operators. You will own creative production for Wizz and play a central role in helping turn it into a global sensation.

  • Prioritize and drive creative production for Wizz based on product and user acquisition strategy

  • Analyze your team’s performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs

  • Lead up to 4 people: recruit, coach, and increase talent density

  • Discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with other creative teams

  • Lead key projects to test new tools, improve processes, etc.

Profile
===========
  • You have 3\+ years of experience in performance marketing in the mobile apps industry

  • You have a track record of managing 3\+ people in a creative field

  • You’ve successfully led high\-impact projects

  • You speak and write English fluently (Being fluent in French is a huge plus)

  • You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
