Creative Project Manager

Our client, a well-established organisation within the marketing sector, is seeking an experienced Studio Manager (Creative Project Manager) to join their team on an initial 3-month contract. This is a UK-based position with occasional travel to Guernsey (all expenses covered), offering an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role within a busy and fast-paced creative environment.

The Role: As Studio Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of creative projects, ensuring work is efficiently scheduled, managed and executed across multiple channels. Working closely with designers, stakeholders and clients, you will oversee the end-to-end workflow of projects, balancing priorities and maintaining high standards throughout.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate design and production briefs across the creative team.

• Oversee the workflow and delivery of artwork across print, digital and web channels.


• Schedule projects effectively, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.


• Act as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders and creative teams.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-moving and reactive environment.


• Review creative materials and support potential brand development initiatives.


• Provide strong project management and workflow oversight across all creative output.


• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required: • Proven experience in a Studio Manager, Traffic Manager, Creative Project Manager or Workflow Management role.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.


• Demonstrable experience managing high-volume workloads and competing priorities.


• Good understanding of print, digital and web-based creative production processes.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Commercially minded with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


• Previous experience working within a creative, marketing or agency environment.


• Experience with project management and workflow tools, ideally Workfront.


• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
