We're looking for an experienced Creative Account Manager to join APS Group and play a key role in supporting one of our flagship financial services clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action. You'll work closely with clients, creatives and production teams, ensuring projects move seamlessly from brief through to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing incoming client requests and turning them into clear, actionable creative briefs


• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders


• Monitoring workflow, project progress and studio capacity


• Working closely with designers, artworkers and digital specialists to ensure smooth project delivery


• Identifying and resolving challenges before they impact deadlines


• Keeping projects moving efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards


• Acting as the link between client teams, creative teams and production teams

• At least 4 years' experience in an agency\-based client services or account management role


• A strong understanding of creative production across print and digital channels


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Exceptional organisational and time\-management abilities


• Experience using workflow or project management systems


• A proactive, solutions\-focused approach


• The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
