Creative Operations Lead (all genders)
<h2><strong>The role</strong></h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As Lead Creative Operations, you will lead a team of Creative Project Managers as part of HelloFresh Group's in-house Creative Studio in Berlin and will be responsible for all online and offline creative production. You will oversee incoming requests, plan bi-weekly production sprints and allocate Project Managers, Designers and Copywriters across a wide range of projects and across full-time, freelance and 3rd party resources. You will ensure all operational service levels are met and creative production targets are hit, every day, every week, every month.</p>

<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Drive </strong>operational excellence across all online- and offline creative production processes</li>
<li><strong>Plan </strong>bi-weekly design and copy-production sprints, ensure appropriate creative resource allocation across full-time employees, freelancers and 3rd parties</li>
<li><strong>Identify and resolve</strong> operational issues and bottlenecks to increase turnover time </li>
<li><strong>Manage </strong>end-to-end creative projects across different functions, from briefing to delivery</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate </strong>with Brand, Campaign and Channel Managers across international markets to ensure seamless flow of information and delivery</li>
<li><strong style="text-align: justify;">Inspire and mentor </strong><span style="text-align: justify;">your direct team of Creative Project Managers to constantly improve</span></li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>You are a senior creative operations manager with 7+ years of professional experience, ideally from a high-volume agency or inhouse creative production environment</li>
<li>You have experience leading agile teams </li>
<li>You have experience in international environments, ideally from matrix-organizations </li>
<li>You are a creative problem solver who can go deep into day-to-day challenges when needed, without losing sight overall performance</li>
<li>You have strong communication skills and can tailor your communication across a wide range of job levels, roles and functions - from creatives to accountants </li>
<li>You have a deep understanding of operations management concepts (throughput, turnover times, service levels, backlog management, etc.) </li>
<li>You are decisive and assertive, yet empathetic</li>
