Creative Marketing Manager, Consumer AI Marketing (German, English)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.


• 6 years of experience working in a creative discipline.


• Experience managing creative, social, and production agencies.


• A portfolio of creative work displaying experience in creative direction, campaign management, and brand strategy within a creative agency or marketing team.


• Ability to communicate in German and English fluently as this is a customer\-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in brand marketing or a creative agency ecosystem.


• Experience working effectively within a complex, matrixed organization.


• Experience in consumer technology.


• Demonstrated track record of managing ATL and social campaigns end\-to\-end.


• Understanding of Google brands, brand standards, and delivering high\-quality creative work.

As a Creative Marketing Manager for Consumer AI Marketing in Germany, you will drive local creative strategy and campaign execution across Gemini, Google Search, and Consumer Apps. You will be responsible for translating global brand platforms into locally resonant work that demonstrates the everyday utility and value of our products. You will require sharp creative taste and judgement, deep expertise in end\-to\-end campaign management, and the ability to drive high\-impact brand, media, and culture partnerships across Germany.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job\-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Germany: €116000 \- €118000 (EUR) \+ 15% bonus target \+ equity \+ benefits

• Lead the local interpretation and execution of global brand platforms across consumer AI workstreams, ensuring strong cultural resonance in Germany.


• Drive human\-centric storytelling that translates complex AI technology into relatable, everyday consumer benefits.


• Manage ATL and social campaigns end\-to\-end, from initial strategy and creative concept through to final production.


• Steer creative, social, and production agencies and manage day\-to\-day operations to ensure high\-quality delivery.


• Build and execute brand, media, and culture partnerships that embed our products naturally into German pop culture.
