Main challenge
As a key driver of innovation for one of our most valued and long\-standing partnerships – the Kinder project – your mission is to bridge the gap between strategic ambition and digital reality. You will be responsible for identifying new digital opportunities and translating them into viable, high\-impact features that bring the magic of physical toys to life in the digital space, ensuring our cooperation continues to grow and evolve.
What it means on a daily basis
- Analyse the client ecosystem, brand strategy, and market trends to identify new digital opportunities, ranging from AI\-powered tools to phygital integrations.
- Structure innovation concepts into clear value propositions and detailed proposals, including scope definition, milestones, high\-level budget estimations, and expected KPIs.
- Support the pre\-production phase by defining hypotheses, creating MVP scopes, and establishing validation frameworks.
- Coordinate the development of prototypes in close collaboration with the UX, Tech, and Production teams.
- Define success metrics in partnership with Data teams and provide data\-driven "go/no\-go" recommendations based on feasibility and ROI.
- Act as the central point of contact for all innovation topics, facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions to align strategic goals with production constraints.
- Support client discussions regarding future evolutions, presenting innovation concepts with a balance of ambition and realistic delivery frameworks to strengthen client trust.
You will be part of a multinational and multicultural team operating across our Barcelona and Saigon studios, reporting directly to a manager based in Barcelona. You will act as a vital link between our internal production teams and the client, maintaining a partnership that has flourished for over seven years. While this is not a managerial role, we foster a culture of proactive R\&D and provide various opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

- Offer Discussion: A final call to present our proposal, discuss benefits, and answer any remaining questions before you join the team.
- 4\+ years of professional experience in Digital Innovation, Product Strategy, or within a Digital Agency environment.
- Proven expertise in proposal development and pre\-sales structuring.
- Experience collaborating effectively within cross\-functional product teams.
- Previous exposure to AI\-driven or interactive technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience working with prominent international brands is a significant advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to present complex ideas with clarity and impact.
- A structured thinker with the ability to frame complex business cases and identify scalable digital opportunities.
- A data\-driven decision\-maker who balances creative ambition with operational realism and factual evidence.
- Highly organised, with a proven ability to transform ambiguous concepts into documented frameworks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
