The Role Due to continued growth and a strong portfolio of client projects, they are now seeking a Creative Director to join the leadership team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping creative output across major experiential programmes while mentoring and developing the wider creative department.
Acting as a senior creative leader, you will be responsible for driving creative excellence, strengthening client relationships and supporting business growth through innovative thinking and strategic leadership.
This is a highly influential role encompassing:
- Defining and driving the creative vision across large-scale experiential and event projects
- Leading concept development from brief through to final delivery
- Presenting creative strategies and concepts to senior client stakeholders with confidence and credibility
- Acting as a senior advisor to clients, ensuring creative solutions align with commercial objectives and business challenges
- Leading, mentoring and developing internal creative teams and freelance talent
- Allocating creative resource effectively to maximise quality, efficiency and commercial performance
- Collaborating closely with project delivery, strategy and production teams to ensure seamless execution
- Driving innovation through the adoption of new creative tools, technologies and ways of working
- Leading major pitches, proposals and new business opportunities
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and integrated campaign development
- Contributing to the wider creative and commercial direction of the agency
You will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating the development and delivery of impactful experiential campaigns, alongside proven experience leading creative teams and managing senior client relationships.
Experience leading pitches, developing winning creative strategies and delivering integrated brand experiences for major clients will be highly advantageous.
