BYD Europe BV located in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. BYD Europe BV offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles, including all\-electric cars, all\-electric buses, and all\-electric forklift trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly understand the advertising environment in Europe and the US. Interpret client needs and develop creative concepts that align with local market values based on project strategy. Take ownership of the team’s final creative output.


• Lead creative development for brand and model\-specific assets, including TVCs, feature videos, key visuals (KVs), and campaign imagery. Demonstrate strong on\-site presentation skills. Supervise production of both video and print assets to ensure deliverables meet creative expectations.


• Manage the creative team: assign tasks effectively, respond promptly to senior management requests, and allocate personnel as needed.


• Ensure smooth project execution by maintaining close communication within the department and across cross\-functional teams.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Education \& language: English at native level (spoken and written) is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.


• Cultural background: Native to Europe or the US, or have lived in Europe/the US for over 10 years with full cultural integration and deep local understanding.


• Core experience \& skills: Minimum 8 years of experience as a Creative Director at a 4A agency in Europe or the US; at least 3 years serving a leading international automotive brand. Proven track record leading the launch of a high\-profile vehicle model. Strong aesthetic judgement and outstanding ability to present creative concepts independently.


• Certifications \& awards: Prior winners of international creative awards (e.g., Cannes Lions, One Show) are highly desirable.


• Other requirements: Willingness to travel frequently across European countries. Ability to work in a fast\-paced, high\-intensity environment and collaborate across multiple time zones.


• Right to work: Must have the legal right to work in the EU.
